Royal Motor Yacht Club – Sandbanks

This prestigious scheme worth some £750k was completed for the Royal Motor Yacht Club just in time for the Club’s centenary celebrations. It provides the Club with considerably enlarged and enhanced catering facilities together with a magnificent new function room (the Mountbatten Room) overlooking Poole Harbour topped by a splendid spacious observation deck.

Trinidad School Poole – New Housing

This £4.2 m design and build partnering project for the Knightstone Housing Association involved the demolition of the old Trinidad school building dating from 1953 and the construction of 44 new timber framed residential units.

 


Established as a Practice of Surveyors and Engineers in 1982, Weeks (UK) Ltd was incorporated in 1986. First international work was carried out in 1991. A branch office was opened in Bangladesh in 1995 following the incorporation of Weeks (Bangladesh) Ltd.

In 1999 a local firm of quantity surveyors/CDM co-ordinators DAE Associates was purchased and Weeks (DAE) was incorporated.
