	Royal Motor Yacht Club – Sandbanks This prestigious scheme worth some £750k was completed for the Royal Motor Yacht Club just in time for the Club’s centenary celebrations. It provides the Club with considerably enlarged and enhanced catering facilities together with a magnificent new function room (the Mountbatten Room) overlooking Poole Harbour topped by a splendid spacious observation deck.

Trinidad School Poole – New Housing This £4.2 m design and build partnering project for the Knightstone Housing Association involved the demolition of the old Trinidad school building dating from 1953 and the construction of 44 new timber framed residential units.
